Amicable staff at this hotel make it a great place to stay. the rooms have a kettle and a comfortable queen bed. - A variety of breakfast options are available. - the location is wonderful, being close to shopping complexes, the town center, and malls. - the rooms are spacious and very close to shops.

The room by carpet. The service was excellent and the staff were helpful and very helpful. The location for Sitiawan was easy and nice, close enough to main shopping areas and the supermarkets, food stalls, Petrol stations. Furthermore, very near with shops.

The rooms are comfy and neat with 4 single beds, mini fridge plus coffee. All in all they offer excellent service.

Room carpet was dirty, the bathroom bathtub ( room 337) was poorly maintained (dirty).

The staff here are very friendly, the location is great as it's close to the town center, and there's a restaurant, Restoran Michelin Star, nearby to grab some dinner.
